The same family has lived in this lovely home for over 100 years, it is a time capsule going back to the early 1900s. We will be conducting two estate sales at the premises, the first sale will consist of the first floor and basement areas. The second sale, Friday and Saturday, September 25 & 26, will be held on all four floors of the house. 
This sale will include sterling silver, a 72 piece set of Towle “Lady Diana”
flatware, silver plate, some silver jewelry, a large assortment of vintage costume jewelry,
fine china, antiques and collectibles, paintings, prints, Waterford crystal including a large
selection of the Colleen pattern, cut glass, crystal, glassware, vintage linen, quilts, ladies hats, purses, gloves, furs, decorative pieces, collectible kitchenware, household items, and much more!
Furniture to include a custom Dodge Furniture lowboy and chair, Dodge Furniture
nightstand, mahogany inlaid card table, Governor Winthrop desk, mahogany
secretary, mahogany bedroom furniture and assorted side tables, carved
asian marble top stand, set of six oak chairs, Victorian parlor table, White sewing machine
with the cabinet, large antique carved mirror, Chinese mirror, decorative lamps, also
two room size Persian rugs, Karastan runners, garden statuary.
Cellar items to include lots of hand tools, yard tools, oak and country furniture,
floor standing vintage hair dryer, file cabinets, large copper water tank, trunks,
lanterns, golf clubs, fans, glass, china, bric-a-brac, and lots more!

There will be a police detail on Friday at 9:30 and Saturday at 10:00,
please park on the opposite side of the house.
