This sale will be conducted in half of the estate, (it is a two family dwelling), the sale will be on four floors. 
China to include Franciscan Masterpiece antique green, service for 8, set of Towle sterling silver flatware, paintings, (some by listed artists), prints, crystal, glassware, lots of Asian decorative pieces including lamps, vases, a pair of porcelain plaques, nested tables, several room size Chinese carpets, ethnic pieces, collectibles, some antiques, jewelry, Perko brass ship’s lantern, WW II Zeiss Ikon binoculars, trunk with Army uniform and ephemera, linen, mink coat, ladies clothing (some vintage), hats, lots of household items, kitchenware, books, CDs, and more!
Furniture to include Thomasville Impressions oak bedroom set, Chinese style dining room set with credenza, Chinese style display etagerie, maple and mahogany pieces, old trunks, antique wood panelling, Brown & Jordan patio pieces, a large decorated Sicilian serving cart and other pieces!
Please park on Bridge Street (Route 127), the house is located on the right hand side of Harbor Street, up a private drive.
There will be parking in the driveway for pickups only.
There will also be a police detail for part of the sale.
